Returns
  • Please note - Items cannot be returned if a VIN number was not provided with your order.
  • Call or email us to arrange for any returns at 888-766-6331 or email customer service at [email protected]
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 35% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • No return on Shipping Charges.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to them and back to our warehouse when a return is submitted for processing.
  • Parts must be resellable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • All Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 10 days of receipt.
  • Core returns must be in original box if applicable. Please email [email protected] for information on your core. 
  • No return on orders sent without a VIN.
