Returns
- Please note - Items cannot be returned if a VIN number was not provided with your order.
- Call or email us to arrange for any returns at 888-766-6331 or email customer service at [email protected]
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 35% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- No return on Shipping Charges.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to them and back to our warehouse when a return is submitted for processing.
- Parts must be resellable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- All Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return requests need to be within 10 days of receipt.
- Core returns must be in original box if applicable. Please email [email protected] for information on your core.
- No return on orders sent without a VIN.
